We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our support team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide exceptional assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them get the most out of our creative software experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Direct Customer Assistance: Be the helpful voice of Conscherry, responding to customer inquiries across various channels (email, chat, social media).
- Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns related to our portfolio of original applications.
- Clear Communication: Provide clear, informative, and friendly solutions to customer problems, turning confusion into clarity.
- Service Excellence: Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, making every customer interaction a positive one.

This means the pay structure for this role is paid and project-based. Compensation will be clearly defined as an hourly rate, project stipend, or fixed contract fee based on the specific assignment and its scope. We believe in transparency, and the exact pay structure will always be clearly discussed and agreed upon with you before you begin working on any given project.
