We are seeking a dedicated and community-driven individual to join our team as a Discord Moderator. As a Moderator, you will be key to helping us maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all our members across our official Discord server.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Community Watch: Monitor chat activity and gently but firmly enforce our community guidelines.
- Conflict Resolution: Promptly and professionally address conflicts, rule violations, and any disruptive behavior.
- Fostering Engagement: Encourage positive interactions, support new members, and help nurture a thriving community spirit.
- Team Support: Assist with events, announcements, and server activities as needed, collaborating with the core team to improve our moderation strategies and server culture.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills—you need to be a great digital citizen!
- The ability to remain calm and impartial, even in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with Discord’s Community Guidelines and moderation tools.
- Required Experience: Proven experience moderating a large, active, and publicly populated Discord server.
- A genuine passion for building and supporting a positive online community.
