We are looking for a dedicated and inventive Software Developer to join our team. You’ll be a vital contributor, helping us build and maintain the diverse portfolio of unique apps, websites, games, and custom software that makes Conscherry an exciting place to be.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Building New Features: You’ll be involved in the entire process— from design and development to final testing—for new applications and specific software features.
- Keeping Things Running: You’ll help maintain and optimize our existing software, ensuring it runs smoothly, performs well, and provides a stable experience for our users.
- Creative Teamwork: Collaboration is key here. You’ll work closely with our designers, artists, and other team members to turn creative concepts into functional, high-quality software experiences.
- Delivering on Time: We count on you to manage your own tasks and help us hit project deadlines and deliver new features within agreed-upon timelines.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- Solid experience in the full software development process (design, development, testing, and maintenance).
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc).
- A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach when tackling bugs or new challenges.
- The ability to work well with others in a dynamic, creative, and fastpaced team environment.
