Appeal a decision
If your account was suspended or banned and you think we got it wrong, tell us what happened. Someone from our team reads every appeal and emails you the decision.
How to appeal
- Sign in with your username or email and password as usual.
- If your account is suspended or banned, you'll see a link to appeal instead of being signed in.
- If it isn't, you'll come back here and see any chat mutes, chat bans or age reviews you can appeal.
- Answer a few questions. We usually reply by email within 7 days.
