KindBot

Discord Bot · Community & Kindness

Turn everyday appreciation into a more connected Discord community with kudos, a shared journal, daily prompts, weekly challenges, and thoughtful wellness tools.

In partnership with sharekindnessproject.org
The Share Kindness Project

KindBot gives members simple reasons to notice the good: recognize someone, share an appreciation, take part in a weekly challenge, keep a kindness streak, or take a private check-in. Server teams get the tools to guide participation and care for their community.

What it does

Each feature is one slash command away.

Kudos & recognition

Recognize another member with a personal message or a template. Daily limits keep it thoughtful: by default each member can give 5 and receive 5 per day.

/kudos user:@username message:Thanks for helping!
Community journal

Share appreciations to a moderated community journal. Anonymous posts are supported.

/appreciate message:I love this community
Daily kindness prompts

Automated daily prompts to configured channels or your DMs, with custom schedule and timezone support. Each prompt mentions the current challenge.

/dailyprompt action:set time:08:00 timezone:America/New_York
Challenges & badges

A new community challenge runs each week and counts your kudos, journal posts, check-ins, or wisdom for you. Finish it to earn its badge.

/challenge action:view
Wellness & support

Private mood check-ins and a resources directory. Concerning check-ins can be flagged for human follow-up.

/checkup mood:good note:Feeling productive today
Dashboard & team access

A guided setup wizard, delegates and approvers for your team, and a live status view.

/teamaccess action:list

How challenges work

Challenges give the whole community something to do together, without extra setup.

Join without thinking about it

Members are added the next time they use KindBot and get a DM explaining the challenge. They can leave, or turn automatic joining off, with one button.

/settings category:challenges
Progress counts itself

Most challenges track what members already do, like giving kudos or checking in. KindBot messages them at 25%, 50% and 75%, and a day before the end.

/challenge action:my
Finish and earn

Completing a challenge awards its badge, plus points if your Conscherry account is linked. Servers get a wrap-up when it ends, and the next one starts.
